The results of the exam go into the certificate. The Museum of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was visited by future defectologists. How many days are exam papers checked
In reserve week from 8 to 15 July. Specialists of the regional Ministry of Education and the city department for education answered the most common questions from graduates and their parents to AiF.
1. What to do if you get sick on the day of the exam?
You need to call the one who accompanies you and tell why you didn’t come, - says the head of the state final certification department of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Chelyabinsk Region Veronika KOSTROMTSOVA. - In most cases, this person is the class teacher. Call the doctor, he will give a certificate and you will be given the right to take the exam on another day, provided for by a single schedule, due to a good reason for missing. It won't affect the points in any way.
2. What to do if the exam is general subjects surrender in one day?
The choice of subjects is made before March 1, - answers Veronika KOSTROMTSOVA. - The schedule by this time is already known and that the exams are taken on the same day, we will find out in advance. The student is given the right to choose which exam he will pass on the main day, and which one on the reserve. If the student has chosen many subjects, he takes all the days unified timetable, and the exam, which is not included in the days presented, can be taken in July.
3. If you get a “fail” in an elective subject, will it be possible to retake the exam this year?
You can’t retake this year in general, not a single subject “by choice”, only obligatory ones, - oh Veronica KOSTROMTSOVA answers.- If the student did not score the minimum score in Russian or mathematics, then you can retake one deuce once. If you received a "deuce" twice in one of the compulsory subjects, then there is an opportunity to retake it only for the next year.
Do school grades affect graduation?
And subjects "by choice" do not affect the receipt of a certificate, they only affect the possibility of entering a university. And there, if you have a deuce, then you do not enter the chosen specialty.
4. What can I use during the exam?
The Federal Law prohibits the use of communication equipment during the exam and computer science, - Larisa Manekina, Deputy Head of the Department for Education of Chelyabinsk, answers. -And in the order that regulates the schedule, it is written for each item that you can carry. For example, at the USE in mathematics it is allowed to use a ruler, in physics - a ruler and a non-programmable calculator, in chemistry - only a non-programmable calculator, in geography - a ruler, a protractor and a non-programmable calculator. Concerning mobile phones, then they either stay at home, or before the start of the exam they are centrally handed over in a bag (usually in a file and sealed with tape). There was a situation when a child wrote an exam and on the way out of the classroom his phone fell out. As a result, the result is annulled.
5. How many times can you leave the classroom during the exam?
We do not limit children in this, situations are different. - answers the chief specialist of the department of state final certification of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Chelyabinsk region Irina GAZHA. - How much the child needs, so much he comes out. Points are not deducted for this. The exit mark is still made, but once, despite their number. But when leaving, the student each time puts the work on the table of the organizer, and does not leave it on the desk.
6. How many days check examination papers?
Four days are given for processing the results in the region and four days at the federal level. - answers Veronica KOSTROMTSOVA.- Therefore, mass exams: Russian, mathematics are eight days.
7. Where and when to find out the results?
There is a schedule when the results will come after each exam, - answers Larisa Manekina. It is posted on the website of the Ministry of Education (website of the Ministry of Education74 - tab "Activities" - "General Education" - GIA (state final certification) - grade 11 - USE, there is information on specific subjects).
The fastest way to find out the results of the exam is on the Internet, and then in an educational institution. But according to tradition, the results will be known in educational institutions. Last year, Internet information was already connected on the website www.ipk74.ru - this is a regional resource. To see your results, you need to enter your passport data. This year we connected another site www.ege.edu.ru - a common portal, where the result is recognized by the pass number (about 16 characters).
6. If the USE certificate is lost ...
You need to come to where they gave it to you, i.e. to school, and write an application, - Irina GAZHA answers. - The school applies to the district administration, and those - to the Ministry of Education. The Ministry of Education calls the federal testing center and orders a duplicate of the certificate. The certificate is restored within one to two weeks. In case of loss, there is no need to worry, you can order a duplicate and at the same time come to the university with documents and tell about the results of the exam. The university still checks the results against a single electronic database and confirms them itself.
7. Do USE results for grades in the certificate and for receiving a medal?
If the results in the main exams: “Russian language” and “mathematics” are below the minimum score and the retake did not save, then he will not be given a certificate, warns Irina GAZHA.- The number of points received on the exam is not translated into grades, and therefore does not affect the grades in the certificate. Only if it's not a "deuce". If a student goes to a gold medal and scores only one point more than the minimum, the medal is still given to him.
8. How can I file an appeal?
Within 2 days after receiving the result, you can file an appeal, - answers Veronika KOSTROMTSOVA. - You need to come to the school where you study, write an application there in two copies: we give one to the school, the second we keep for ourselves. The Appeal Commission sets the date for consideration, prepares the work and informs you when you can come for the result. The child can come alone, with a parent or legal representative (guardian). At the appeal commission, the child is given all the work that is discussed with the experts, and common decision. The conflict (attestation) commission of the region is the final authority.
During the period of study from grades 1 to 11 in schools, students receive two documents: a certificate of basic general education after graduating from grade 9 and a certificate of complete secondary general education after graduating from grade 11. Schoolchildren are interested in the question of what grades will be included in the certificate.
The norms for putting down grades in the certificate are regulated by the official document Regulations on the final certification for grades 9 and 11. The 9th grade graduation certificate includes grades in all subjects on a 5-point scale, for the Russian language and mathematics subjects a grade is given, which is the arithmetic average grade for grade 9 and the OGE grade, which is written as an integer and is obtained as a result of mathematical rounding. For example, if a student received a grade of 5 for the year, and 4 for the OGE, the arithmetic mean is 4.5, a grade of 5 goes to the certificate. In case of an unsatisfactory grade, the OGE must be retaken during the period intended for retaking. Elective subjects are not redeemable. The certificate for grade 11 includes grades for subjects taken in years 10 and 11, the grade for each subject is determined by the arithmetic average of 6 grades - two annual grades for grades 10 and 11 and four semi-annual grades for the same period of study. Rounding is in favor of the student.

How to enter a university by USE scores if it didn’t work out the first time?
If a Russian student understands everything - you study in the 11th grade, hand in an essay, go to the Unified State Examination, then the rest have a question: how to enter a university using the Unified State Examination scores?
On the true path
Who do you want to become? Now this question evokes warm nostalgia for my childhood, when I was firmly convinced only that the only thing I cared about was ballerinas. Bolshoi Theater. Soft skills - skills that are needed in any profession today. These include the ability to set goals, the ability to empathize, financial literacy. They won't teach you this at school, but you can't do without them.

There are some stereotypes that are attached to graduates of technical specialties. First: it often comes to mind that at the exit, techies will certainly join the ranks of the proletariat. This myth is based on the same inconsistency with reality as that of the humanities with "free cash": you must admit, if everything was like that, scientists would have long been engaged in research on the mysterious disappearance of thousands of specialists. It’s not worth sounding the alarm about the loss - it’s better to consider the common (and not so) perspectives of holders of natural science diplomas.

How grades are given in the certificate: information for parents
The certificate is a reflection of the success of schooling. It shows the level of knowledge of the student in all disciplines studied in the control year (9 and 11 years of study, respectively). Now, from the basics, to the main question - how grades are given in the certificate. In Russia, grades are given on a 5-point scale, but with grades 1 and 2 in at least one subject, a certificate is not issued due to poor progress - a certificate is issued on the courses taken in a set of subjects.
The final grade in the certificate is set as an average for quarters, trimesters or semesters of the academic year. If the grade for any subject is controversial, then the score is given at the choice of the teacher, but according to an unspoken rule, they try to put the grade in favor of the student. Also, the results of the GIA and the Unified State Examination affect the grades - in case of failure to pass a compulsory subject (mathematics or Russian), a certificate is not issued. Exam results can be a bonus when giving controversial grades.
If one of the grades is not satisfactory, and the student is objectively sure that the information about his knowledge is underestimated by the teacher, then there is a way to challenge the grade. To do this, you should contact the city or district department of education with a request to assemble a commission to conduct an exam on a controversial subject. If the student passes the exam, then the mark in the certificate is successfully changed to the one that the student deserved based on the results of the answers to the commission.
In fact, there is no difference in how annual grades are given and grades in the certificate. It’s just that in the final grades, students and teachers try to take a more responsible approach to this issue. In giving quarterly and annual grades, for many teachers, according to experience, not only knowledge, but also the appearance of the student influence. A student who is less gifted, but active, with a good reputation, is much easier to earn a good grade than a smart slob. Although, of course, no one will ever rate only for "beautiful eyes" - a decent level of knowledge is necessary.
Not all children understand that school knowledge, for the most part, will be useful in the future. And although the grades do not always correspond to the level of knowledge, it is better for parents to control the process. How can I find out my child's grades? The easiest way is to go to school and look at a class magazine. But some schools have already begun to send information about the progress of their students to school Internet sites and SMS mailings to parents' phones. The certificate is a reflection of the educational path of the student during the time of study at school. Let now he will no longer help with admission to a university, but a good certificate is always honorable and respected.

School 2017: grades in the certificate will be set in a new way!
On May 25, the “last bell” rings in all schools in the Kaluga Region, followed by the final final exams, after successfully passing which the 2017 graduate will receive the coveted school certificate - a document that opens a bright path to adult independent life.
The certificate is one of the main documents attached to the application for admission to any educational institution. It is issued after the end of 9th or 11th grade, depending on when exactly the student decided to leave school. And there is nothing surprising in the fact that the news, announced just a few days before the end of the school year, excited both students and parents of 11-graders. It turned out that grades in the certificate in 2017 will be set according to a new principle.
How grades are given in the certificate for the 11th grade in 2017
If last year only two grades were taken into account - annual grades for grades 10 and 11, now a kind of “rule of six” has come into force. This year, the final grade in the certificate in a particular subject will also depend on semi-annual grades.
It is calculated like this:
The grades for two semesters in the 10th grade are added up - an annual grade for the 10th grade is obtained. Grades for two semesters of grade 11 are also added up - an annual grade for grade 11 is obtained. Thus, in total, 6 marks are obtained, which are also added up, and their sum is divided by 6 (according to the number of marks), that is, the arithmetic average is displayed based on the results of grades 10 and 11. If the number is not a whole number, it is rounded in favor of the student.
Needless to say, teachers themselves admit that new system grading is more objective than the former. However, it dealt a sudden blow to those students who, in their last year of study, struggled to “pull up their tails” so that the grades in the certificate were “beautiful”. Of course, solid knowledge will remain with such prospectors, but formally it turns out that they tried in vain: the certificate is still hopelessly “spoiled”.
The "culprit" of various changes in the rules for grading in the certificate was the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science Russian Federation dated January 9, 2017 N 3 “On Amendments to the Procedure for Filling in, Recording and Issuing Certificates of Basic General and Secondary General Education and Their Duplicates, approved by Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated February 14, 2014 N 115”.
The procedure for grading in the certificate of basic general education (for the 9th grade) in 2017
When filling out a certificate of basic general education, the final marks in the Russian language, mathematics and two elective subjects are determined as the arithmetic mean of the graduate's annual and examination marks, the result is rounded up to a whole number.
That is, with marks for the year "5" and for the exam "5", of course, "five" will go to the certificate. If the exam is passed on "3", and the annual mark is "4", the average score is 3.5, and after rounding the certificate will be "four".
Some nuances arise if the final exam is passed with a "deuce". The test will have to be passed again, and the calculations will be performed based on the results of the retake.
Example: the annual grade is "4", and the exam was passed with a "two". But during the retake, the student managed to get as many as five points (with good preparation, such miracles are quite possible). We consider: 4 + 5 (the deuce received at the first attempt is not taken into account) divided by 2 = 4.5. After rounding, a full-fledged "five" is obtained, and it is she who should go to the certificate.
Quarter or semester (given at the end of the first and second academic semester) grades are not taken into account in the calculations. The final marks for the 9th grade in other academic subjects are set on the basis of the graduate's annual mark.
Does the result of passing the exam affect the assessment in the certificate
Another topical question asked this year by graduates and parents is Will the USE result affect the grade in the certificate??
Previously, it was not reflected in the certificate. But this year, the so-called unified assessment scale is being introduced: points received at passing the exam on the subject, they will influence the assessment in the certificate. For example, if a high school student passed the Unified State Exam-2017 in social studies with a “troika”, and at the end of the academic year he has “five” for this discipline, then the final grade, which will go to the certificate, will be “four”.

It turns out cool: if a 9th grader - gouging grades for the quarters were 3,2,2,3, for the year he was given - 3, and in the exam he cheated from the Internet and got 5, then the arithmetic mean 4 goes to the certificate? Why then something to learn and do in academic year? That's right, the teacher is to blame!
What idiot came up with this system? The parent of this gouging? They did at least as in the 11th grade: take into account all the grades for the quarters or trimesters. And now how to teach future ninth-graders, for whom you suck threes out of your finger? Write off and get 4 in the certificate!
As in my class, one missed classes, if she came, then those days were like a holiday, but in the end she wrote off for the OGE and she has 4 in her certificate! Is it fair!?

Graduate-2017: what marks are put in the certificate of secondary general education: 35 comments
Hello! A 11th grade graduate passed basic mathematics with a 4 (good), but did not pass the threshold in the profile mathematics (i.e. scored less than 27 points), while his final marks in all subjects of the curriculum were “excellent”. Will we get a certificate with honors?
Good afternoon, Irina! The final marks for the 11th grade are determined as the arithmetic average of the semi-annual and annual marks of the student for each year of study in the educational program of secondary general education and are put in the certificate as integers in accordance with the rules of mathematical rounding. As you can see, the results of the exam do not affect the grades that are given in the certificate. However, if the graduate received unsatisfactory results in the Russian language or in mathematics, the certificate is not issued.
A certificate of secondary general education with honors and an appendix to it are issued to 11th grade graduates who have completed their studies in educational programs of secondary general education, have successfully passed the state final certification (excluding the results obtained during the repeated state final certification) and have final grades "excellent" in all subjects of the curriculum studied at the level of secondary general education. As you can see, it is enough for a student to pass mathematics at a basic or profile level of at least “3”. The USE in mathematics at the profile level is taken for admission to the university for areas of study where the result of the USE in mathematics is required.
Hello! Grade 9 graduate passed mathematics with 4 (good), and geometry module 3, while the final grades in all subjects of the curriculum are “excellent”. Will we get a certificate with honors?
Good afternoon, Galina! For an official answer, we advise you to contact Rosobrnadzor.
Grade 9 graduates studied according to an individual curriculum, so some of the subjects in grade 9 were not studied. The subjects "History of Russia" and "General History" were merged into one "History". How will the grades in the certificate for academic disciplines which he did not study and in History? Thank you
Good afternoon, Tatyana! For an official answer, we advise you to contact Rosobrnadzor.
Good afternoon Which law (article) specifically states that "The final grades for grade 11 are determined as the arithmetic average of the semi-annual and annual grades of the student for each year of study in the educational program of secondary general education and are put in the certificate in whole numbers in accordance with the rules of mathematical rounding."
Good afternoon, Irina! Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia dated February 14, 2014 N 115 "On approval of the procedure for filling out, recording and issuing certificates of basic general and secondary general education and their duplicates" (as amended on January 9, 2017).

Good afternoon, please tell me how the final grade for grade 9 (in the certificate) is set if the student has 3 for the year, passed the exam for 2, retaken for 4. Thank you
Good afternoon, Galina! In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia dated February 14, 2014 N 115
final marks for the 9th grade in Russian language, mathematics and two academic subjects taken at the choice of the student are determined as the arithmetic mean of the graduate's annual and examination marks and are put in the certificate in whole numbers in accordance with the rules of mathematical rounding.
The final grades for grade 9 in other academic subjects are set on the basis of the graduate's annual mark for grade 9.
Hello, can you tell me if a certificate should be issued after grade 11 if basic mathematics and Russian are successfully passed, but the threshold has not been passed in selective chemistry?
Good afternoon, Rania! For an official answer, we advise you to contact Rosobrnauki. For information purposes, we would like to inform you that a certificate of secondary general education with honors and an appendix to it are issued to 11th grade graduates who have completed their studies in educational programs of secondary general education, who have successfully passed the state final certification (excluding the results obtained during the repeated state final certification) and having final grades "excellent" in all subjects of the curriculum studied at the level of secondary general education.
The graduate applied for a certificate with honors and a medal for special achievements in teaching. I passed all the exams with good marks, except for one subject of my choice - I did not overcome the threshold. Can he qualify for an honors certificate and a medal?
Good afternoon, Alena! For an official answer, we advise you to contact the regional education authority or Rosobrnadzor.
Successful passage The GIA is to pass the exam in Russian and mathematics with at least a satisfactory result.
Tell me what to do in a situation where there are final grades "excellent" in all subjects of the curriculum, and the school issued a regular certificate?
Good day, Natalia! We advise you to contact the education authority. For information: according to paragraph 10 of Art. 34 federal law on education to persons who have completed the development of educational programs of secondary general education, who have successfully passed the state final certification and have final grades of “excellent” in all academic subjects studied in accordance with the curriculum, the educational organization, simultaneously with the issuance of the corresponding document on education, awards the medal “For special achievements in teaching. Successful passage of the GIA is the passing of the Unified State Examination in Russian and Mathematics with at least a satisfactory result.
Hello! Tell me, please, should I now rush to the Department and urgently redo my certificate? My daughter received an annual 4 in the 10th grade, in the 11th grade in the first quarter there were 2 fours in other subjects, in the certificate, as final - all fives (in accordance with the definition of arithmetic mean marks for 2 years), but it is not written "with honors". Now they have received the Moscow medal in accordance with the Decree of the Government of Moscow dated February 25, 2014 N 74-PP “On the medal“ For Special Achievements and Education ”(but, again, I repeat that the certificate does NOT say “WITH HONORS” ...). We need extra points for individual achievements, but I can’t understand what kind of certificate we should have been given and will the daughter receive additional points this year simply for the Moscow medal without an inscription in the certificate “with honors” and with a blue “crust”? I hope for a prompt response. Thank you.
Good afternoon, Olga! In accordance with paragraph 10 of Art. 34 of the Federal Law on Education, to persons who have completed the development of educational programs of secondary general education, who have successfully passed the state final certification and have final grades of “excellent” in all academic subjects studied in accordance with the curriculum, the educational organization, simultaneously with the issuance of the corresponding document on education, hands Medal "For Special Achievements in Teaching"
Successful passage of the GIA is the passing of the Unified State Examination in Russian and Mathematics with at least a satisfactory result.
According to the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of February 14, 2014 N 115, the final grades for grade 11 are determined as the arithmetic average of the semi-annual and annual grades of the student for each year of study in the educational program of secondary general education and are put in the certificate in whole numbers in accordance with the rules of mathematical rounding.
Thank you, today we have already received a "red" certificate with honors and a Federal gold medal with a certificate in return for an incorrectly issued certificate))) Good luck to everyone.
Hello! Can you help me understand the wording: “on the subject of the variable part of the curriculum of an organization engaged in educational activities, studied by a graduate, if according to the curriculum of an organization engaged in educational activities, at least 64 hours were allocated for its study in two academic years”?
The son (before moving to a new place of residence) studied at the gymnasium, where two languages were studied from the 7th grade - German or French (at the student's choice) and English languages. The volume of learning a second language 2 times a week for 45 minutes, a total of 68 hours per year. The final grade is put down in a personal file. In grades 8 and 9, my son studied at another school, where there was no second language. When receiving a certificate for grade 9, the grade for the second language was not affixed. Is it legal? The certificate was not received due to the lack of evaluation. I hope for a prompt response! Thank you!
“in academic subjects, the study of which was completed before the 9th grade (fine arts, music, and others).
The final marks for the 9th grade in the Russian language, mathematics and two academic subjects taken at the choice of the student are determined as the arithmetic average of the graduate's annual and examination marks and are put in the certificate in whole numbers in accordance with the rules of mathematical rounding.
The final grades for grade 9 in other academic subjects are set on the basis of the graduate's annual grade for grade 9.
And also point 21: The certificate of basic general education and its supplement are issued to persons who have completed their studies in the educational programs of basic general education and have successfully passed the state final certification.”
And here the second foreign language, if it was not studied at this school, i.e. Was this subject not included in the school curriculum?
According to Art. 59 of the Federal Law on Education, a student who does not have academic debts and who has fully completed the curriculum or individual curriculum is allowed to the state final certification, unless otherwise established by the procedure for conducting state final certification for the relevant educational programs.
Then how was the student admitted to the GIA if he did not complete the curriculum in full? Where is the logic in all this?
To resolve the issue, you can contact the education authority to which the school is subordinate, or the prosecutor's office.
You did not answer the question. Can you help me understand the wording: “on the subject of the variable part of the curriculum of an organization engaged in educational activities, studied by a graduate, if according to the curriculum of an organization engaged in educational activities, at least 64 hours were allocated for its study in two academic years”? Is 64 hours part of the curriculum or the minimum amount of material learned?
Good afternoon, Anna! Recall that the school curriculum consists of a basic (mandatory) and optional parts. If you carefully read the above quote, it will become clear that we are talking about the subject of "the variable part of the organization's curriculum." It follows that this is the number of hours in the school curriculum. The volume of the studied material is determined not by hours, but by the educational program.
Did you read the letter at all? or wrote just to get rid of?
I'm not asking about exam subjects! And in the 9th grade, not the GIA, but the OGE!
You are generally a qualified specialist.
Forgive me, I got excited. The second week I do not get out of school, the Ministry of Education and NONE of them can answer the question about 64 hours.
Good afternoon, Anna! As you can see, the blog is not alone!
Good afternoon, Anna! ?
Good afternoon, Anna! For your information:
as stated in the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of December 25, 2013 N 1394 "(as amended and supplemented), GIA-9 is conducted in the form of the main state exam OGE) and in the form of written and oral exams using texts, topics, assignments, tickets ( GVE). Thus, OGE is one of the forms of GIA -9. All comments of blog visitors are carefully read. for the rest, see the privacy blog clarifications.
Sorry for wasting your time!
The Ministry of Education can NOT explain the law by which ALL schools in the country work ... They also offered to retake the German language at school, although Law 115 clearly states in what cases and who confirms the assessment. Sorry again.
Good afternoon, Anna! Again, we pay attention to the phrase from the text of the document: "studied by a graduate" and to the paragraph:
"The final marks for the 9th grade in other academic subjects are set on the basis of the graduate's annual mark for the 9th grade." What can be discussed if the subject was not studied at this school?
For an official intelligible answer for you, we advise you to contact Rosobonadzor! We will be glad if you acquaint us with the received answer.

What grades go to the certificate after grade 11
In accordance with paragraph four of clause 21 of the Procedure for filling out, recording and issuing certificates of basic general and secondary general education and their duplicates, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia dated February 14, 2014 No. 115 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure), a certificate of secondary general education with honors and an appendix to it is issued to 11th grade graduates who have completed their studies in educational programs of secondary general education, who have successfully passed the state final certification (excluding the results obtained during the repeated state final certification) and have the final grades "excellent" in all subjects of the curriculum studied at the level of secondary general education.
By virtue of paragraph seven of subparagraph "b" of paragraph 5.3 of the Procedure, the final marks for grade 11 are determined as the arithmetic average of the student's semi-annual and annual marks for each year of study in the educational program of secondary general education and are put in the certificate in whole numbers in accordance with the rules of mathematical rounding.
Thus, the only condition for issuing a certificate with honors and, accordingly, for awarding a gold medal is the presence of all "excellent" marks, and these marks are formed as the arithmetic average of semi-annual and annual grades for grades 10-11. The very fact of having semi-annual/annual grades "good" and "satisfactory" cannot be an obstacle to the issuance of a certificate with honors.
As far as I remember, we were given grades in the certificate based on the results of the last four semesters, that is, grades 10 and 11, the arithmetic mean was calculated, as it were - if there are three fives and a four, then the certificate is 5, if vice versa, then 4 in the certificate, and so on, controversial situations (50/50) are decided by the teacher in this subject. If you have a three, only three fives can balance it.
In general, it is strange that you ask about this here - your school will tell you about it better. Well, if you went to a medal, you would be informed about this at school and, most likely, they would help you in every possible way, schools are interested in medalists.
No. Semi-annual grades for grades 10 and 11 are taken into account: there must be all fives. At least that's how it was a year ago at my school. --------------------
The main, or mandatory, state exam is a form of state certification for ninth graders. Schoolchildren take four subjects: two compulsory - Russian language and mathematics, and two optional.
Why is the OGE so important?
If you do not pass one or more items after spending all attempts, you will be given a certificate. With it, you can try to enter a college or technical school, and a year later try to pass the OGE again.
Is it really bad to study in college? No, on the contrary, you can get a sought-after profession before your peers and quickly get on your feet. But there are some nuances that few people pay attention to.
- Technical schools and colleges, like universities, value their reputation, so inveterate losers are not taken everywhere, and if they are accepted, then on a contract, and then extremely reluctantly. The higher the GPA, the steeper colleges you can choose.
- The choice of specialties after the 9th grade is limited, and in the future you will not be able to claim a high salary. If you do go to college, then it is worth doing after the 11th grade: there are many interesting specialties, it is 2 times less to study, it is easier to continue your education at a university.
Therefore, even if you decide to go to college after grade 9, we advise you to take the main state exam as seriously as possible. High scores is your ticket to a happy life.
What benefits to choose to prepare for the OGE?
In autumn, bookstores selling educational literature, are literally inundated with various collections of training tasks to prepare for the OGE. How to choose a manual that will be really useful?
- Firstly, real tasks for the OGE in all subjects are developed by the Federal Institute of Pedagogical Measurements (FIPI). That is, you will receive first-hand official sample assignments, taking into account all the changes for the current academic year.
- Secondly, thorough preparation according to the official collection significantly increases your chances of successfully passing the exam, because you solve all the typical options that are as close as possible to the real ones.
- Thirdly, in unofficial manuals, tasks are collected from versions of previous years or even similar collections. You can use them to prepare to practice your skills, but the probability that you will meet similar tests and texts on the exam is less than 30%.
How to find out manuals from the FIPI - school series? The cover design is made in the form of the Russian "tricolor". The name of the series is written in the upper left corner, and a hologram is located just below. Be careful in the bookstore, do not take the first collection that comes across, pay attention to the authors and publisher.
Do not forget that you need to start preparing for the OGE in advance and it is best to do this under the guidance of a competent teacher. We wish you success!
Reported by the Department of Education
7 November 2016 12:14Significant changes in the procedure conducting the exam will not occur in the current academic year. As in previous years, the compulsory subjects for passing the Unified State Exam are the Russian language and mathematics. Examinations in other academic subjects - literature, physics, chemistry, biology, geography, history, social studies, foreign languages (English, German, French and Spanish), informatics and information and communication technologies (ICT), - students take it on a voluntary basis of their choice.
Please note that the exam in mathematics is held at two levels:
USE, the results of which are recognized as the results of the GIA by general educational organizations and professional educational organizations (USE in mathematics at the basic level);
The USE, the results of which are recognized as the results of the GIA by general educational organizations and professional educational organizations, as well as the results of entrance tests in mathematics for admission to higher education programs - bachelor's programs and specialist's degree programs in educational institutions of higher education (USE in mathematics profile level).
We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the conditions for admission to professional educational organizations and universities in advance in order to determine the required list of exams for passing the Unified State Examination. The application for passing the exam is submitted until February 1, 2017. After February 1, an application for participation in the USE by students, graduates of previous years, persons studying in educational programs of secondary vocational education, as well as students receiving secondary general education in foreign educational organizations, is accepted by decision of the SEC only if the applicant has good reasons (illness or other documented circumstances) no later than two weeks before the start of the exams.
The official website of the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science posted an updated draft schedule of the unified state exam (USE), the state final exam (GVE) and the main state exam for 2017.
In accordance with the draft schedule, exams in 2017 will be held in three stages: early, main and additional.
Early stage of the exam in 2017 year will pass from March 14 to April 7. The main one is from May 29, 2017 to June 30. The exam in the Russian language and mathematics of the basic level can also be passed in an additional period - from September 4 to 15.
As in 2016, the schedule, along with the reserve terms for conducting the Unified State Examination, the GVE in individual academic subjects, provides for an additional reserve day for exams in all academic subjects.
It is necessary for those participants who for some reason could not participate in the exam on the main or reserve day, for example, due to the coincidence of two selected subjects on the same day or absence for a good reason.
The changes will affect only the structure of control measuring materials in biology, chemistry and physics. We pay attention to the use (FIPI). On the FIPI website, draft demos, specifications and codifiers of control measuring materials (CMM) of the 2017 unified state exam in all subjects have been published. You can get acquainted with them in the Unified State Examination Section.
Biology
tasks with a choice of one answer are excluded from the examination paper.
reduced the number of tasks from 40 to 28.
the duration of the examination paper has been increased from 180 to 210 minutes.
Part 1 includes new types of tasks that differ significantly in the types of learning activities: filling in the missing elements of a diagram or table, finding correctly indicated symbols in a figure, analyzing and synthesizing information, including those presented in the form of graphs, diagrams and tables with statistical data.
Chemistry
The structure of the examination paper has been optimized:
items with a choice of one answer are excluded;
tasks are grouped into separate thematic blocks, each of which contains tasks of both basic and elevated levels difficulties.
the total number of tasks has been reduced from 40 (in 2016) to 34.
the maximum primary score for the performance of the work as a whole will be 60 points (instead of 64 points in 2016).
Physics
The structure of part 1 of the examination paper has been changed, part 2 has been left unchanged.
From the examination work, tasks with the choice of one correct answer were excluded and tasks with a short answer were added.
Will the result of the USE in 2017 affect the grade in the certificate?
The results of the exam affect the receipt of the certificate, but not the grades that are put in the certificate. Positive results of the state (final) certification in the Russian language and mathematics (overcoming the minimum limit) are the basis for issuing a certificate of secondary general education to the graduate.
If a graduate does not score the prescribed minimum number of points in one of the required subjects, then it can be retaken on reserve days. If a graduate received unsatisfactory results in both the Russian language and mathematics, a certificate is not issued. Such a graduate receives a certificate. You can retake the exams and receive a certificate no earlier than September 1.
If a graduate does not gain the minimum required number of points for passing the exam in additional subjects, then in this case, retaking the exam is not allowed, and you can retake the exam only after a year.
Will it be necessary to take three compulsory subjects and will an oral part in the Russian language be introduced?
Compulsory subjects for passing the exam in 2017 are only the Russian language and mathematics. This year, the oral part of the Russian language in the 11th grade is not planned to be introduced. In November of this year, this form of the exam will be tested at the federal level in the 9th grade, and if the testing is successful, then the oral part in the Russian language will appear with next year in 11th grade.
What is a CDF for 11th graders?
All-Russian test work is a new procedure for assessing the quality of general education. Their implementation is aimed at ensuring the unity of the educational space of the Russian Federation, improving the all-Russian system for assessing the quality of education and supporting the introduction of the Federal State General Education Standard.
Questions and measuring materials for the all-Russian testing work are developed at the federal level, which corresponds to our modern state educational standard.
IN last years we see that schoolchildren, having chosen the subjects in which they will take the exam, completely forget about other subjects and stop paying any attention to them. We want the graduates of our country to have comprehensive knowledge in accordance with the accepted educational standard, therefore, all-Russian test work will be held in general education subjects that are not mandatory for passing the exam.
In 2017, the VPR is carried out in accordance with the Decree of the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science dated August 30, 2016 No. 2322-05 "On approval of the schedules for carrying out activities aimed at studying the quality of education for 2016-2017".
In what subjects will VPR be taken?
11th grade students will complete control tasks in five subjects that are not included in the list of compulsory subjects of the USE:
In what form will the all-Russian verification work take place?
All-Russian verification works are an analogue of annual control works previously held in schools. A feature of the All-Russian verification works is the unity of approaches to compiling options, conducting the works themselves and evaluating them, as well as using modern technologies, allowing to ensure the almost simultaneous performance of work by schoolchildren throughout the country.
Who will check the work?
All-Russian test work in the 11th grade will be held for the first time in the current academic year. Our region has experience of participating in the All-Russian testing work in the 4th grade. Verification of the work was carried out both at the regional level and at the federal level, depending on the decision of the subject on the form of their implementation. In any case, the work is carried out according to assignments developed at the federal level and is checked by commissions according to uniform criteria. The results of the VPR can be used to form programs for the development of education at the level of municipalities, regions and the country as a whole to improve the methods of teaching subjects in specific schools, as well as for individual work with students to eliminate existing gaps in knowledge.
No graduation certificate high school you can't get into college. Do grades in the certificate affect admission?
Only fives matter
Upon admission, the average USE score is taken into account, and not the grades in the certificate. Another thing is if the applicant received the medal "For special achievements in teaching" (it is also called gold).
A certificate with honors allows you to add several competitive points, the number of which universities set on their own. So, for example, Vyshka is ready to add only 3 points to the owner of the gold medal.
By the way: the weekly Arguments and Facts reported back in the summer that the criteria for obtaining a gold medal could be changed. If this happens, the results of the exam will become even more significant, and the final grades will finally depreciate.
What increases your chances of getting in?
Achievements in university competitions are especially valued, as they prove the applicant's stable interest in a particular university. You should definitely participate, because you still have nothing to lose.
Details on the accrual of additional competitive points should be found on the official website and in the admissions office of the university of your choice. To find such information on the site, you need to go to the "Applicants" section and study the "Accounting for individual achievements" subsection.
During the admission campaign in universities there is always a stir
So you don't need a certificate?
Is a high school diploma important when applying to a university? Almost none, unless you're claiming "gold". But even the medal "For Special Achievement in Teaching" has little effect on the final result.
However, the certificate will play a decisive role if people with the same USE scores apply for the last place. Then the one with the best grades will go to the university.
Conclusion: C students should not worry about the certificate. Let them make every effort to prepare for the unified state exam.
How to prepare for admission to a university?
If the certificate upon admission is not important, then what to do?
- Participate in olympiads. If you have the ability, you should try yourself in the Olympiads approved by the Ministry of Education and Science. The victory will provide an opportunity to get additional points and enter the university on preferential terms.
- Prepare for the examcourses. The main focus should be on preparing for the exam. According to statistics, the passing score is increasing every year.
- Follow updates. Already now it is necessary to start monitoring up-to-date information on areas, minimum scores and tuition fees at universities.
