The pace of construction so far does not leave any doubt that the houses will be completed on time. Construction began in September 2014 and has made significant progress since then. Now they are already pouring a monolith of 4-8 floors and have begun bricklaying the outer walls.
In order to visit the sales office and look at the construction site, I had to walk more than 3 kilometers, and this is taking into account that I was returning back to the metro by minibus. It didn’t make much sense to take a minibus to the sales office, since the dirtiest section of the road would still have to be walked.
To get to the office, you need to exit the metro and go left along the heating main, and then go right along the Ring Road. Over time, a new road will be built there, closer to the houses, it will be called Okhtinskaya Alley. In the meantime, to get to the office, you have to pretty much mix the dirt, and the path along the narrow sidewalk along the endless stream of cars cannot be called pleasant.

Shuvalov has already been asphalted and put in full order, so if you don’t go to the Polis Group office, you can easily get from the Devyatkino metro station by minibus No. 2a to the GreenLandia residential complex and then go along the street. Then turn to the Three Whales residential complex and walk along the construction fence of the Leader Group company, and in front of the Okhtinskaya Duga residential complex turn left, onto the future Petrovsky Boulevard. Now it is a very dirty dirt road, but in dry weather it is quite possible to get quite close to the Paints of Summer residential complex along it.
In addition, in the near future the residential complex "Constellation" will be populated, which is just located on the corner of Petrovsky Boulevard and st. Shuvalov, which means that the road will be put in order.
I want to warn those wishing to go to the new building along Mendeleev Boulevard. This path would have been optimal if at the very end of the boulevard it had not been blocked by a construction fence from Arsenal Real Estate. Unfortunately, at least until the 1st quarter of 2016, until the Arsenal Real Estate company opens the passage through the Solnechny residential complex, it will not be possible to use this road.
This causes great inconvenience to residents of the commissioned buildings of the GreenLandia and My City residential complexes, who are forced to make their way to the metro bypassing along an unimproved road. But residents of the residential complex "Colors of Summer" will no longer face such problems.

Despite the fact that the project is at the very beginning, there are big doubts about its investment attractiveness, since both the competition from the surrounding new buildings and the price level at the start of sales are high.
For your own living, this complex can also be recommended only with reservations: if you are not embarrassed by the lack of parking, an open courtyard area, and most importantly, the predominance of studios and a large number of neighbors on the floor.
Otherwise, everything is fine: the developer is reliable, the sales scheme is legal, the construction technology is solid, the layouts are comfortable. As a result, LCD "Colors of Summer" gets "7" points from me.

They will probably finish by the end of the year, and in 2020 the school should open for students.
In previous opinions of the portal, we have already assessed the strengths and weaknesses of the project. Significant changes last year didn't bring. But there are some developments in terms of transport. This spring, builders will start laying asphalt at the Ring Road junction, which is under construction, from where there will be an exit to Zapadnoye Murino. The project is scheduled to be handed over in mid-2020. If there are no delays, then the new settlers of the last stage of the "Colors of Summer" will immediately be able to use a more comfortable exit to the Ring Road.
Sales in the residential complex are very active, since the prices are adequate, the layouts are not bad, and the reliability is at a high level. At the moment, only 85 apartments remain available - a small percentage of the total supply in Colors of Summer. There are a lot of new buildings in Murino, so there is no shortage of alternative options. True, not all nearby new buildings are problem-free. For example, for the neighboring object of "Petrostroy" ("B") - residential complex and residential complex, the deadlines have been postponed. The situation with the delay of infrastructure facilities in new areas of mass construction is always acute. Therefore, the opening in the fall of 2016 secondary school in the area is very positive news.
