2.4. Establishes temporary and one-time labor standards for individual works that are of a single nature (unscheduled, emergency), as well as for the period of development of certain works in the absence of approved regulatory materials for labor rationing.
2.5. In a timely manner, brings to the attention of the workers of sections and shops of the mine (cut) the norms of output and the conditions of remuneration.
2.6. Takes part in the mass verification of existing labor standards for compliance with their achieved level of technology, technology, organization of production and labor in the process of certification of workplaces.
